To all our friends, family, and our community at the Machickanee Players — good morning and Happy New Year!

A new year is an opportunity for new beginnings. We’re experimenting with some updates to our website – including the introduction of this blog and a new exclusive cast & crew area. We hope to keep our members and our patrons better-informed about everything that is happening at our theatre.

We’ve got a lot of exciting stuff coming up with Frankenstein next month and auditions for Twelve Angry Jurors coming up toward the end of this month — and we’ll surely have a lot more information to share with you in the coming days and weeks.

But for the moment, our focus is on our upcoming Annual Member Meeting & Potluck Dinner on Saturday January 13th at 4pm and the election of board officers. We hope you will join us and help guide this theatre into the future so we can continue to provide quality entertainment for our patrons and provide opportunities for actors, artists, and other volunteers.

So stay tuned… our best days are ahead of us, yet.
