We will begin soliciting directors / shows in late 2023. You must be an active member of the Machickanee Players (as defined in our By-Laws) to be eligible to direct. A system is in place that rewards tenure and dedication to the theatre while creating opportunities for new members. The right of first refusal is given to the members with the highest scores (formula found in Policies and Procedures), which factors in length of continuous active membership, number of plays previously directed, and how recently they last directed a show.
