Hall Rentals

The Park Avenue Theatre is available to rent for private events.

Rates start at $150/day plus $10/hr for a member of our staff to be present. Availability may be limited due to other already-scheduled events and the availability of staff, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No date shall be reserved until we have received a signed rental agreement and security deposit. Contact us for pricing, availability, and terms. Inquiries must be received at least 30 days before the scheduled event.
